Though my soul commands, it cannot silence the ache,
Hope still drifts upon the breeze, believing someday you’ll see.
Though your gaze has long since forsaken me,
My heart clings stubbornly, longing to forget the memory.

Inscribed within the tome of my wounded spirit,
Every word that shattered my fragile core,
Etched deep into the vaults of my consciousness,
A silent testament: that you never truly loved me.

I write these warnings anew upon my soul,
Lessons etched in every passing day and night.
Though pain tears at the very fabric of my being,
My hope remains—perhaps one day you'll return.

For cruel truths cut sharper than the sword,
Stories that make my tears fall like rain.
Yet I stand resilient, longing still for closure,
Awaiting the day I find the strength to let go.

Your actions unveil the cold reality—
That your heart has fled to other worlds.
My spirit, weary and worn, cannot hold you back,
But love, even in agony, remains my silent lesson.

I shall learn to release and understand,
