Be you

Is it because you feel seen?
Is it because you feel heard?
Is it because you feel admired?
Is it because you ache for meaningfulness
Purpose
Reverence
Deference
Do you know what you want?
Do you know what you need?
Do you know what you are seeking?
Do you know any of these things?
What will bring you joy?
What will fill you up with happiness?
What will free you from your thoughts?
FEARS
Emotional constructs….
Insecurities…
Only you can answer these things
Only you can pull yourself out of the depths of despair
Of uncertainty
Of all the things that weigh on your heavy heart
RELEASE the burdens
RELEASE those things that deny you all the beauty and aliveness you deserve
YES you deserve that
ACCEPT IT
ALLOW IT
Let go of the past
Let go of the binds that hold you back from being your authentic self
Let go of all the negative energy you have sat with for far too long
They don’t serve you anymore
Their toxic embrace on you have kept you captive long enough
FREE YOUR SOUL
Be that person who will make you proud
BE YOU
It’s a beautiful thing
BE YOU
BE YOU
BE YOU
